I personally like to use the prompt journals.  It has me focus my mornings on my top goals, daily affirmations, list out what you are grateful for and a thought provoking question that gets you to look inward.  Then there is a section to reflect on the day on what went well and what can be improved on.  Make it apart of your morning and see how your view of the day changes.
